Day Fifty-Three
Sounds of Spring

sounds of spring final in which 5 bands battle for a spot to play at the actual SOUNDS OF SPRING, this 11october at the RNA Showgrounds.. the line-up bands were awesome. there's even a punk/rock girl band who were siick~ though the drums were rather ... lack of the energy, but way to go~ girl power, baby.. the winner was "the gallant", good job! i have to say, invited band guest "the boat people" were darn good~! it definite that one can see the difference between the band-in-making and ultimate-thy-band..
awesome night.
a little too chilly at 1am.
it seems that the mystery was solved, to the mystery of the lack of people in brisbane at night. cause, fortitude valley was congested with people at night. nice.
Day Fifty-Four
one word: octoberfest.
it is rather funny, when people say octoberfest when it's still september =X
wasted.
it's rather humorous that here, everyone's sooo friendly. you can just go up to a random person and chat up like you've been best friends since ever. hahaha..
had a random chat with this guy in the night bus from the SOS final (1am morning yesterday).
today, we got tons of random chats with tons of people.
1. there was jason, who was sooo happy to meet raphael cause raphael shares the same name as the ninja turtles.
2. there was this afghanistan guy who was *ahem* rather good-looking, we chat up with him. he was like saying to me "so, which guy do i belong to?" hahahaha.. i said none, and he was like "mann, u guys should take her! if you dont, i'll take her~" then, he was putting his hand over me and we laugh laugh laugh.. funny guy~
3. there's also, this random guy, who came out of nowhere and hugged me and made laughed non-stop~
4. there's also this guy who travelled around asia! he's super cool la~ he stayed in taiwan for 2year, thailand for 1year, s.korea for 3year and he's a QUT student, how uber cool can he be??!
and some people were "ni hao, ni hao~", "wo .... blabla~" don't understand what he meant, there's even a "konnichiwa~" by this girl when she saw me. hahahaha!!!
a total great fun.
